- Digital Forensics & Data Recovery: Took possession of the affected servers and performed advanced forensic analysis on legacy VM snapshots, successfully recovering critical data and project files the firm believed had been lost permanently.
- Business Continuity Architecture: Working alongside the firm’s in-house IT team, designed and deployed a resilient, fault-tolerant server cluster with real-time replication, eliminating single points of failure and restoring operational continuity.
- Compliance & Clearance Remediation: Aligned the rebuilt environment with the cybersecurity expectations of defense-sector contracting, restoring the firm’s ability to operate against sensitive workloads.
- Backup Establishment and Validation: Implemented and verified a 3-2-1 backup strategy (three copies of data, on two different media types, with one stored off-site) to ensure that recovery capabilities are tested, documented, and guaranteed to work when they are needed most.
